Alison Doody
Alison Doody (born 11 November 1966) is a famous Irish model and actress. After her first small role as an archaeologist in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989's Elsa Schneider - a Nazi-sympathizing character - in A View to a Kill (Bond film 1985), she went onto play the Nazisympathizing Elsa Schneider. Siobhan was in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. Doody started modelling when she was approached. The result was that it turned out to be an extremely lucrative profession. Doody avoided nude and glamour work. This was a principle she carried over to her acting. Once she caught the attention of the director of casting for the upcoming James Bond movie, she took a part of A View to a Kill in the role of Jenny Flex. Doody appears in John Willis Screen World's Vol. 3 as being one of the 12 promising actors in 1986. 38. Doody had just turned 18 at the time she was cast in the character as a Bond girl. Doody is the youngest Bond girl. The year 1987 was the time Mickey Rourke starred in A Prayer for the Dying in which she played IRA member Siobhan Doovan.
